RETURNS
Si Concepts does not provide with the option to refund or exchange the product once purchased. The exact product image and size is mentioned in the product catalouge to avoid the need to exchange, so please check the prduct and images before purchasing. The quality checks are done by the manufacturer to ensure it meets the specification requirements. However in case of any damage or misssing item in transit, you can register a complaint within 48 hours by sending us an email at info@siconcepts.in, for manufacturing defects you can directly complaint in the customer care number given in the product packing label.
To be eligible for a return, you are required to make a video of opening the packagee to prove that you have received a defective product. Please do not forget to mention our Invoice No, in any communication.
We will respond to your complaint or query within 2 to 4 working days.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not India, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
