  1. Shipping Locations
    We currently ship orders across India.
    International shipping is not available at this time unless specifically agreed in writing.
  2. Order Processing Time
    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
    Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
    Bulk or customized orders may require additional processing time.
  3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
    We ship through reputed courier and transport partners.
    Estimated delivery time:
    Metro cities: 3–5 business days
    Non-metro / remote areas: 4–6 business days
    Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, regulatory checks, or unforeseen circumstances.
  4. Shipping Charges
    Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
    For bulk or industrial orders, shipping charges may be shared separately before dispatch.
  5. Packaging & Safety
    All epoxy resins, hardeners, and adhesives products are packed securely to prevent leakage or damage during transit.
    We comply with standard safety and courier packaging norms.
  6. Order Tracking
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
    Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect.
  7. Damaged or Leaked Shipments
    If you receive a package that is:
    Damaged
    Leaking
    Incorrect
    Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the package and product.
    Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.
  8. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy
    Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
    Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal may result in re-shipping charges.
  9. Non-Serviceable Areas
    If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will inform you and either:
    Arrange an alternate delivery method, or
    Process a refund (as per our Refund Policy).
